Proposed book cover design2016

For a book on how the microprocessor revolutionised the world of computing in the 1970s, I proposed a design that uses several elements evocative of the decade including the colours, the curved multi-stripes and the Avant Garde typeface which was very popular at the time. The ‘prism’ effect suggests an explosion of ideas and innovation, all enabled by the emerging technology of the time.
